Reports and Certificates
There to and thence, we issue a comprehensive report and certificate for each tested magnetic equipment – valid for one year. Which report, and certificate will be presented to the auditors upon their site visit. Our issued certificates of validation are ISO 22000 compliant, in terms of the HACCP principles – hence considering the recommendations as outlined on the “Home” page, concerning a company eligible to conduct the service of validation on magnetic equipment, in the food and pharmaceutical industries, not to forget the plastic and animal or poultry industries.

Therefore, in order to maintain a high efficiency of metal extraction from products, and monitor its effectiveness, magnets need to be, not only at the right place and correctly positioned; but also annually validated – hence for the care of obtaining quality end product.

Introduction to the utility of Magnetic Equipment in a food processing
When analyzing existing and potential foreign material hazards, metal fragments are consistently identified as a major concern. Depending on the situation, the hazard analysis often results in the identification of physical hazards – which must be controlled through a CCP or, at a minimum, through a prerequisite program (PRP). In this case, the use of a metal detector in conjunction with strategically placed magnets are considered.
The objective is to produce products free of metal fragment contamination to a scientifically acceptable degree. This can be accomplished through the reduction of contamination risks, via the previously mentioned controls (using effective PRPs or CCPs), alongside verification that the PRP or CCP is monitored and confirmed effective through well-defined programs such as Food Safety, and Management System pre- Audit.
